2. About Aurelian Academy Aurelian Academy is a premier English language learning institution located at Karan Nagar, Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir, India. We offer spoken English, grammar, communication, and personality development courses both in-person and online.

3. Enrollment & Registration

• Enrollment is confirmed only upon submission of the registration form and payment of the applicable course fee.
• Students must provide accurate and complete information at the time of registration.
• Aurelian Academy reserves the right to refuse enrollment to any individual at its discretion.
• For students under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must provide consent at the time of enrollment.

4. Course Fees & Payment

• All course fees must be paid in full or as per the installment plan agreed upon at the time of enrollment.
• Fees are non-transferable and cannot be applied to a different course without prior approval.
• Aurelian Academy reserves the right to revise course fees at any time. Enrolled students will be notified of any changes in advance.
• Late payment may result in temporary suspension of access to classes or materials.

5. Refund Policy

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of enrollment.
• No refund will be issued after classes have commenced or course materials have been accessed.
• In case of course cancellation by Aurelian Academy, a full refund will be provided.
• Processing fees, if any, are non-refundable.

6. Attendance & Participation

• Regular attendance is strongly encouraged for optimal learning outcomes.
• Students are expected to be respectful, punctual, and engaged during all sessions.
• Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behavior during classes — online or in-person — may result in immediate removal from the course without a refund.
• Missed classes may not always be compensated unless prior notice is given and a makeup session is available.

7. Online Classes

• Online classes are conducted via platforms such as Zoom or Google Meet.
• Students are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and a suitable learning environment.
• Recording of any online session without explicit written permission from Aurelian Academy is strictly prohibited.
• Sharing of class login links or access credentials with unauthorized individuals is not permitted.

8. Course Materials & Intellectual Property

• All study materials, notes, slides, videos, and content provided by Aurelian Academy are the intellectual property of Aurelian Academy.
• Students may use materials solely for personal learning purposes.
• Reproducing, distributing, selling, or sharing course materials in any form without written permission is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. Community Forum Rules By participating in the Aurelian Academy community forum, you agree to:

• Post only respectful, constructive, and relevant content
• Not share personal contact details publicly
• Not post spam, promotional content, or offensive material
• Not impersonate instructors, staff, or other members
• Accept that Aurelian Academy reserves the right to remove any content or suspend any account that violates community guidelines

10. Code of Conduct All students, staff, and visitors are expected to:

• Treat everyone with dignity and respect regardless of age, gender, religion, or background
• Maintain a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere
• Refrain from any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination
• Report any concerns or misconduct to the academy management promptly

Violation of the code of conduct may result in suspension or permanent removal from the academy without any refund.

11. Schedule & Changes

• Aurelian Academy reserves the right to change class timings, instructors, course content, or delivery format when necessary.
• Students will be informed of significant changes with reasonable advance notice.
• Aurelian Academy is not liable for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control such as power outages, internet failures, natural disasters, or government restrictions.

12. Limitation of Liability Aurelian Academy shall not be held liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our services
• Technical issues with third-party platforms used for online classes
• Loss of personal belongings on academy premises
• Any outcomes related to employment, exams, or personal goals after course completion
